How it works
Your first Zoom session (Day 1) marks the beginning of your 30-day container and must take place before June 1st.
The 30 days begin immediately after this first session and cannot be started later.
Your second Zoom session is scheduled within the 30-day period, allowing time to integrate, reflect, and work with what unfolds between sessions.
Throughout the 30 days, you’ll receive ongoing Telegram support through voice notes and messages.
